MTEM - Molecular Templates announces executive leadership changes

• Molecular Templates ( NASDAQ: MTEM ) Inc on Wednesday announced Gabriela Gruia will assume the role of interim Chief Medical Officer to succeed Roger Waltzman, while Jason Kim will assume the role of President and CFO.
• Kristen Quigley, who joined Molecular Templates in 2017 and previously served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer.
• Grace Kim will assume the role of Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Investor Relations.
• Gruia joined Molecular Templates in 2022 as a Board Director for MTEM, while Kim joined Molecular Templates in 2010 and serves as President and previous Chief Operating Officer.
• MTEM closed +1.52% at $0.601.
