SRAC - Momentus updates on 2021 mission merger with SRAC remains on track to close in Q1

Space infrastructure company, Momentus will be remanifesting its January 2021 mission to a subsequent launch opportunity in 2021.This move will allow for the additional time necessary to secure FAA approval of payloads, including completion of a standard interagency review. Momentus currently holds all other necessary licenses for its Vigoride vehicle. The Company reaffirms its expectation of 2021 revenue in conjunction with its merger with SPAC, Stable Road Acquisition Corp. (SRAC) that would result in Momentus going public. The business combination between Momentus and Stable Road Acquisition remains on target to close in Q1 2021.SRAC shares down 11% after-hours.
