  • MoneyGram International ( NASDAQ: MGI ) said Tuesday it expanded its strategic partnership with e& international from UAE telecom operator e& (formerly called Etisalat).
  • The expansion enables e& international's customer base of ~160M to use the e& money mobile wallet to send money around the world in near real-time.
  • The service is now live throughout Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Afghanistan.
  • It is expected to launch in Egypt, Pakistan and several other markets in Africa in the next few months.
