Who else likes monthly dividends?
It's interesting.
Some people love getting monthly dividends...
And others don't care.
Of course, frequency is not as important and quality.
I have seen many companies tout a monthly dividend, but to later cut it, leaving investors scrambling for cover.
That's been the case with Global Net Lease ( GNL ).
This net lease REIT has returned -18% since February 2017.
Not a pretty sight, to say the least.
Or what about Gladstone Commercial ( GOOD )?
Absolutely no dividend growth and then a cut in 2023:
