MEG - Montrose Environmental acquires emissions testing services firm AirKinetics

Montrose Environmental ( NYSE: MEG ) said Tuesday it acquired AirKinetics , an emissions testing services provider in western U.S.
Terms were not disclosed.
AirKinetics' management, including founder Tony Wong, will join MEG's measurement and analysis segment.
"The addition of AirKinetics will allow us to strengthen our stack testing and emissions capabilities on the West Coast," said Shawn Nelezen, SVP of air quality services at MEG.
