MOS - Mosaic authorizes 50% increase to targeted annual dividend

Mosaic (NYSE:MOS) has authorized a 50% increase to the targeted annual dividend, to $0.45 per share. The increase is effective with the next declaration, which is expected to be in December 2021. Additionally, the firm has began to execute its recently expanded share repurchase program. As of October 31, 2021, it had repurchased 956,404 shares at an average price of $35.72 per share. MOS is -2.68% after-hours after missing Q3 earnings and revenue estimates.
