MOS - Mosaic declares $0.25 special dividend

• Mosaic ( NYSE: MOS ) declares $0.25/share special dividend .
• Payable March 30; for shareholders of record March 15; ex-div March 14.
• The company plans to return virtually all of 2023 generated free cash flow to shareholders through a combination of regular common dividends, special dividends, and share repurchases. It has a regular common dividend target of $0.80/share.
• In addition, Mosaic expects to initiate an accelerated share repurchase of $300M in first quarter of 2023. Following execution of the ASR, Mosaic will have repurchased shares worth more than $2.5B since the third quarter of 2021. As of February 17, shares outstanding totaled 336.5M shares.
