MPXOF - MPX International's Wholly-Owned Subsidiary Canveda Inc. Enters into a Supply Agreement with the BC Liquor Distribution Branch

TORONTO, ONTARIO – TheNewswire- March 15 , 2021 – MPXInternational Corporation (“ MPX International ”, “ MPXI ” or the “ Corporation ”) (CSE:MPXI ) ; (CNSX:MPXI.CN); ( OTC:MPXOF), amultinational diversified cannabis company, ispleased to announce an agreement dated February 24, 2021 betweenCanveda Inc. (“ Canveda ”), a license holder under the Cannabis Act (Canada), and the BC LiquorDistribution Branch , the sole wholesaledistributor of non-medical cannabis in British Columbia (the“ BCLDB ”) for the supply of cannabis under Canveda’srecreational brand, StrainRec™ . The agreement will continue until August14, 2022, unless terminated earlier and may be extended upon mutualagreement of the parties for an unlimited amount of successive two (2)year terms. Canveda expects to supply the BCLDB with several productSKUs initially consisting of up to nine distinctive cannabis-infusededibles beginning in March 2021.
