Nationstar Mortgage Holdings, a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Mr. Cooper (NASDAQ:COOP) has priced an offering of $600M of its 5.75% senior notes due 2031. The notes will bear interest at 5.75% per annum and will be payable semi-annually on May 15 and November 15 of each year, beginning on May 15, 2022. The notes will mature on November 15, 2031. Offering is expected to close on or around November 4, 2021. Net proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
