MSCI has announced the results of the November 2021 Semi-Annual Index Review for the MSCI US REIT Index and all the changes announced will be implemented as of the close of November 30. The changes in constituents for the MSCI US REIT Index includes inclusion of four stocks. Corepoint Lodging (NYSE:CPLG), Gladstone Land (NASDAQ:LAND), Phillips Edison & Co (NASDAQ:PECO) and Plymouth Industrial REIT (NYSE:PLYM) are the additions to the index.
