Last year was tough for everyone, including investors. Staying afloat in the financial markets involved considerable effort.
Having reached the end of a troubled 2020, it is time to take stock of how the funds in my portfolio performed.
With one exception, all 14 CEFs in my portfolio have shown positive gains; most of these funds even show double-digit gains.
The coming year promises to be complicated due to the continued worldwide impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and its repercussions on the economies of every country.
Keeping your nerve and not letting yourself be taken in by unjustified euphoria or dangerous despair is, as always, the watchword; even more for the year that has just begun.
