  • Mycotopia Therapies ( OTCPK:TPIA ) on Tuesday announced that PSLY.com, Ei.Ventures and the company have agreed to mutually terminate their triangular merger agreement.

  • “We were excited by the potential of the transaction, but we have determined that it is not the right time for the business combination to move forward or for us to pursue a listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market,” PSLY.com and Ei.Ventures CEO David Nikzad said.
