CALGARY, AB , March 3, 2022 /CNW/ - Nanalysis Scientific Corp. ( TSXV:NSCI , OTCQX:NSCIF, FRA:1N1) ("Nanalysis" or the "Company") announces that the Company's Board of Directors has granted a total of 620,000 stock options to its directors and officers pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. Each option is exercisable to purchase one common share in the capital of the Company at $1.32 per share for a period of five years from the date of issuance. The options vest as to one-third on each of the 12 month, 24 month and 36 month anniversary date of grant.
