  • NanoXplore ( OTCQX:NNXPF ) announced Wednesday that CFO Luc Veilleux has resigned from the role, effective July 18, 2022, to join as finance chief at NanoXplore's electric vehicle batter maker - VoltaXplore.
  • The graphene company, however, confirmed Veilleux will remain with it until September 1, 2022 to ensure a smooth transition.
  • In April 2021, NanoXplore and Martinrea International ( OTCPK:MRETF ) formed a joint venture, VoltaXplore, a battery-based initiative to service the electric transportation and grid storage market.
