DRTT - Nasdaq grants DIRTT Environmental Solutions additional 180 days to regain compliance

• Nasdaq has granted to DIRTT Environmental Solutions ( NASDAQ: DRTT ) an additional 180 calendar day period, or until Sep. 5, to regain compliance with the stock exchange's listing rules, the industrialized construction company said on Friday.
• If the company's closing bid price is at least $1.00 per share for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days at any time during the 180-day period, the stock exchange will provide to DIRTT a written confirmation of compliance.
• DRTT's shares were transferred to the Nasdaq Capital Market at the opening of business on Mar. 9.
