CNTG - Nasdaq notifies Centogene over non-compliance with listing rule

Centogene N.V. ( NASDAQ: CNTG ) said Wednesday it had been notified by Nasdaq that it was not in compliance with the stock exchange's minimum market value of publicly held shares (MVPHS).
Nasdaq requires companies to maintain a minimum MVPHS of $15 million.
CNTG's business operations are not impacted by the Nasdaq notice.
The company plans to monitor its market value between now and December 5, 2023.
