NTRA - Natera prices follow-on offering at $113

Closing date is July 26. Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, Cowen and SVB Leerink are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Shares down 3.3% after-hours. Yesterday's close was $117.09. Natera is in a strong financial position as of Q1 2021 with 2-3 years of funding based on cash of $654M and a TTM cash burn of -$244M. Therefore, Seeking Alpha contributor Gunner Laine Hardy projects Natera as a "buy" at a 2-year Wall Street price target of $137.
