USX - Nathan Harwell Joins U.S. Xpress as Chief Legal Officer

U.S. Xpress Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: USX), announced today the addition of Nathan Harwell as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer.

Reporting to the President and CEO Eric Fuller, Harwell will oversee all legal matters across the company and will serve as an integral advisor on business development, as well as legislative and regulatory affairs. Harwell is an accomplished commercial attorney with over 16 years of experience in commercial litigation, business development, labor and employment, intellectual property and strategic planning.

Harwell joined U.S. Xpress in early January, having recently served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Rinnai America Corporation, the leading brand of commercial and home tankless water heaters, where he also served on the company’s board of directors. At Rinnai America Corporation Harwell oversaw the company’s legal department, establishing a North American manufacturing presence, and spearheading the company’s Strategy and Business Development Committee.
