Natura &Co Holding S.A. American Depositary Shares
Natura &Co (NTCO) commenced a global offering of approximately R$6,207.2M or $1,106.3M, based on a price of R$51.13 per share, corresponding to the closing price of the common shares on the Novo Mercado segment of the São Paulo Stock Exchange on September 30, 2020.The global offering consists of common shares including ADS and a concurrent offering of common shares in Brazil, and is expected to be priced on October 8, 2020.
