NAP - Navios Maritime Partners LP: NMCI's Buying Binge Continues
Navios Maritime Partners LP (NMM) is a publicly-traded subsidiary of general partner Navios Maritime Holdings, Inc. (NM) and an affiliate of Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation (NNA) and Navios Maritime Midstream Partners LP (NAP), and owns a 33.5% minority position in Navios Maritime Containers (NMCI). NMCI began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on December 10th, 2018, subsequent to NMM spinning off a 2.5% ownership interest in NMCI to its unitholders.
