NM - Navios Maritime to redeem $10M of senior notes due 2022

Navios Maritime ( NYSE: NM ) is set to redeem $10M of its 11.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 on July 10, 2022.
The notes will be redeemed at a price equal to 100.00% of the aggregate principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date.
After this redemption, $80M in aggregate principal amount of notes will remain outstanding.
