Navios Maritime (NYSE:NM) is set to redeem $25M of its 11.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 on May 17, 2022. The notes will be redeemed at a price equal to 100.00% of the aggregate principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest to, but excluding, the redemption date. Upon redemption, $105M of notes will remain outstanding.
