NCNO - nCino names Orenstein CFO reaffirms guidance

• nCino ( NASDAQ: NCNO ) on Wednesday named Greg Orenstein as its next chief financial officer, succeeding David Rudow, who will be leaving effective January 31, 2023.
• Orenstein joined nCino in 2015, and was most recently the chief corporate development & strategy officer.
• Prior to that, Orenstein served as chief corporate development & legal officer and secretary.
• The company also reaffirmed its Q4 revenue expectations between $104 million and $105 million, and adjusted loss per share around $0.04 and $0.05.
• nCino continues to expect 2023 total revenues between $403 million and $404 million, and adjusted loss per share of $0.15 to $0.17.
