NCR - NCR -5.7% on report that it's Cardtronics' unnamed bidder

[[NCR]] is the unnamed party in talks to buy Cardtronics (CATM), The Wall Street Journal reports. That's in an attempt to steal the deal from one Cardtronics signed with Apollo and Hudson Executive last month. Cardtronics shares rose today on news of the new bid. [[NCR]] is 5.7% lower after hours; [[CATM]] is up another 1.6%, adding on to regular-session gains of 15.1%.On Dec. 15, Cardtronics entered into a definitive agreement with funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management  and Hudson Executive Capital to be acquired for $35/share in cash.
