NPTN - NeoPhotonics adds Ultra Clean's Savage to its board

NeoPhotonics (NPTN) has added Sheri Savage to its board of directors. Savage has been chief financial offcier of Ultra Clean Holdings since 2016, and served in various leadership roles at the semicap supplier before that. At NeoPhotonics, she'll join the Audit Committee. "Her excellent finance and accounting background, and her deep knowledge of manufacturing, including contract manufacturing, will provide very beneficial insights to us as we address rapid growth in high-speed communications,” says CEO Tim Jenks.
