Neptune Digital Assets (NPPTF) signed a letter of intent with Link Global Technologies (LGLOF) for co-developing a 5MW renewable energy Bitcoin mining facility in Alberta, Canada.The new mining facility is a 50/50 JV with sharing equally in both costs and revenues.The site location of Alberta is where LINK operates the majority of their Bitcoin mining facilities.A definitive agreement is expected by early April with construction immediately following.In early March, the company disclosed that Link Global will procure and operate bitcoin mining machines for Neptune Digital.
