((SPN)), a Nestle (NSRGY) subsidiary announces the results of the tender offer, to purchase all of the outstanding shares of Aimmune Therapeutics' (AIMT) common stock for $34.50/share. The offer expired on October 9. Equinity Trust Company, the depositary for the offer, has advised Nestlé that, 43,435,583 shares were validly tendered and not withdrawn, which represents, ~84% of the outstanding shares as of the Expiration Date.Previously: Nestle to buy Aimmune Therapeutics for $2.6B (Aug. 31)
