SSNLF - Netlist gains after patent win against Samsung

- Netlist ( OTCQB:NLST ) rose 7% after it won an IPR patent trial related to '523 patent filed by Samsung ( OTCPK:SSNLF ).
- The U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board ruled that the '523 patent have not been shown to be unpatentable, according a court filing.
- The latest patent victory comes after Netlist ( OTCQB:NLST ) surged 32% on April 24 after a jury awarded the company $300 million in a patent fight with Samsung.
