NBIX - Neurocrine Biosciences O-I Glass jump on S&P index moves

Neurocrine Biosciences (NBIX) has jumped 9.6% after hours following news that it's moving into the S&P MidCap 400 index. It's replacing O-I Glass (OI), which is making its own move into the SmallCap 600; OI is more representative of the small-cap market space than mid-cap, S&P Dow Jones Indices says. [[OI]] is up 5.6% after hours. And O-I is moving down to take the place of HMS Holdings (HMSY), which is set to be acquired by Veritas Capital. The index moves are effective prior to the open of trading on Tuesday, March 30.
