NURO - NeuroMetrix stock joins Reddit-driven rally with 60% rise in Q2 revenue

According to data from Quiver Quantitative, citation of the company name in WallStreetBets discussion threads rose 58.8% in the 24 hours ending 7.50 AM EST on Thursday. Similarly, Chembio Diagnostics ([[CEMI]] -14.7%) climbed ~159.2% on Wednesday with its mentions on the WallStreetBets rising 850%. Both stocks have outperformed the broader market over the past five days as indicated in the graph. While Chembio surged in reaction to a purchase order worth millions of dollars from Brazil for its COVID-19 antigen test, Neurometrix rose after announcing the FDA’s Breakthrough Designation received for the company's Quell device. Before the market opened on Thursday, NeuroMetrix announced its Q2 2021 results indicating ~60% YoY growth in the top-line.
