The company may from time to time offer and sell shares in Canada and the U.S.
The offering is effective until Aug. 22, 2024.
NFGC has entered into an equity distribution agreement with BMO Nesbitt Burns and Paradigm Capital (as Canadian agents) and BMO Capital Markets (as the U.S. agent) for the offering.
