Montréal – TheNewswire - March 30, 2021 St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. (CSE:SX) (OTC:SXOOF) (FSE:85G1) (CNSX:SX.CN) wouldlike to inform its shareholders and stakeholders that effectiveimmediately, Herb Duerr will assume the positions of interim CEO andinterim President.  Today, the board of directors received theresignation of Mr. Vilhjalmur Thor Vilhjalmsson from his position asPresident and CEO of St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. and from hisdirectorships in St-Georges, Iceland Resources, and EVSX.  Vilhjalmurwill stay with the Company in a consulting capacity.

Mr. Vilhjalmsson, who took on the interim positions ofPresident & CEO of St-Georges in August 2018, commented:“ (…) I have enjoyed working with the St-Georgesteam over the past four and half years and I feel this is the time toattend to other ventures. I look forward to helping the team whenneeded and staying in a supportive role as one of its largestshareholders (…)”

Effective immediately, Kristín Ólafsdóttir returnsto St-Georges as an independent director, bringing a wealth of legacyknowledge to St-Georges as she was previously the CEO of IcelandResources ehf. She has worked in arctic region exploration at theproject management and senior management levels. Kristín holds anundergraduate degree in Political Science, a master’s degree inPublic Administration, and a diploma in financial economics.

Thordis Bjork Sigurbjornsdottir, who joined theIcelandic team in August 2020, is confirmed in her roles as President& CEO of Iceland Resources.
