New Mountain Finance's (NMFC) board authorizes the extension of the company's program to repurchase up to $50M of its common stock.Unless further extended, the company expects the repurchase program to remain in place until Dec. 31, 2021 or until $50M of NMFC's shares have been repurchased, whichever is earlier.To date, ~$2.9M worth of repurchases have been made by the company under the repurchase program.
