NBEV - NewAge receives Nasdaq non-compliance notification for minimum bid price

NewAge Inc.
NewAge (NASDAQ:NBEV) received a written notification from the Nasdaq that the company is not in compliance with the closing bid price requirement. The notification does not lead to immediate delisting of stock. The company has been provided 180 calendar days, or until Aug.23, 2022 to regain compliance  with the minimum bid price requirement. If it is not able to regain compliance by the first deadline the company may be eligible for additional time to regain compliance or may face delisting.
