NEU - NewMarket declares $2.10 dividend approves a new $500M buyback plan

NewMarket (NYSE:NEU) declares $2.10/share quarterly dividend, in line with previous. Forward yield 2.61% Payable Jan. 3; for shareholders of record Dec. 15; ex-div Dec. 14. The Board of Directors also approved a new share repurchase program authorizing to repurchase up to $500M of the Company’s outstanding common stock through December 31, 2024. The new repurchase program replaces the Company's existing $500 million repurchase program approved by the Board of Directors in December 2018, which was set to expire on December 31, 2021.
