Thesis
I covered Newsmax Inc. ( NMAX ) back in June with a Sell rating, and since then, the stock has slid about 18%. The decline has largely been slow and steady, and along the way, NMAX did enjoy some solid bumps but ultimately trended down. Based on fundamentals and business conditions, I still believe that NMAX will continue to be under pressure, and my long-term outlook is, for now, negative. However, I also believe that NMAX will continue to enjoy bumps as catalysts continue to land. Increased midterm political ad and campaign spending may also provide short-term tailwinds....
