  • In its preliminary annual 2023 Russell indexes reconstitution, the following major financials and real estate companies will be added to and deleted from the Russell Microcap index:
  • Notable additions : NewtekOne ( NEWT ), Industrial Logistics Properties Trust ( ILPT ), Seritage Growth Properties ( SRG ), LendingTree ( TREE ) and Office Properties Income Trust ( OPI ).
  • Notable deletions : CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust ( NYSE: CORR ), Federal Agricultural Mortgage ( NYSE: AGM ), Power REIT ( NYSE: PW ) and Enova International ( NYSE: ENVA ).
  • Changes effective from June 26 market open.
