NexPoint Real Estate Finance (NYSE:NREF) has priced its public offering of $60M of 5.75% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2026 (the Additional Notes). The Additional Notes were issued at a price of 102.758% of par with a yield to maturity of 5.036%. These are an additional issuance of the Company's existing $75M of its 5.75% Senior Unsecured Notes due 2026. Net proceeds will be used to acquire investments that fit within the Company's strategy. Closing date is December 20, 2021.
