DALLAS, Oct. 30, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- NexPoint Residential Trust, Inc. (NYSE: NXRT) ("NXRT") announced today that its board of directors has increased NXRT's quarterly dividend 10.0%, or by $0.025 per share, declaring a dividend of $0.275 per share of NXRT common stock, payable on December 31, 2018 to stockholders of record on December 17, 2018.
