In this piece, I highlight the performance of my annual portfolio project: Nick's Picks.
This project dates back to 2016. Coming into 2020, I was 4/4 competing against the S&P 500.
Unfortunately, in 2020, Nick's Picks only generated a return of 11.3%, which underperformed the broad market.
However, even though I am no longer undefeated against SPY, over the five-year period, Nick's Picks has generated a 16.35% total return CAGR, which still beats the S&P 500's.
