NCBS - Nicolet Bankshares increases buyback up to an additional $50M

Nicolet Bankshares (NCBS +1.6%) authorizes to purchase up to an additional $50 million under its existing stock repurchase program, representing approximately 5% of its currently outstanding common stock. That action coupled with previous remaining repurchase authorizations of $31M, increases the company's total remaining number of shares authorized for repurchase to $81 million. The company has a market cap of $961.6M and has gained about 18% over the last one year.  The Company expects to fund any repurchases from cash on hand.
