(“Nippon” or “NDR”) (TSXV:NIP) reports that Mr. Donald Briseboishas initiated a lawsuit against Nippon Dragon Resources inc. forwrongful dismissal and unpaid wages. He is also demanding that theCourt issue a sublicense to him allowing him to use a technology whichhe claims was developed by him in the early 2000s.

Nippon Dragon Resources Inc. denies the merits of thedemands and allegations of Mr. Brisebois.
