NJR - NJ Resources' Adelphia Gateway gets partial notice to proceed from FERC

New Jersey Resources ([[NJR]] +3.2%) says its Adelphia Gateway project received a partial notice to proceed with construction from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.The company says Phase 1 construction includes Adelphia Gateway's conversion of the southern 50 miles of its existing 84-mile pipeline from oil to natural gas to bring supply to constrained markets in southeastern Pennsylvania.Adelphia's southern portion is expected to be placed into service in 2021 to serve customers in the greater Philadelphia area.In a recent report posted on Seeking Alpha, Power Hedge is neutral on New Jersey Resources, noting the state is one of four seeing the greatest amount of population decline which likely will get worse because of various new taxes.
