FRAN - No more trading on Francesca's Holdings after NASDAQ ruling shares slides 15%

The Nasdaq Stock Market Exchange announces that trading in Francesca's Holdings (FRAN) will cease on the exchange effective December 15 following its filing of bankruptcy.The staff will suspended trading in the stock which will become effective 10 days after filing and will remove the Common Stock from listing and registration on Nasdaq.The Company does not intend to appeal Nasdaq’s determination.Earlier: Francesca’s files for bankruptcy (Dec.03)Shares are down 14.6% PM.
