(" Noble " or the" Company ") (TSXV: NOB) (OTCQX: NLPXF) ispleased to announce that Canada Nickel Company (“ Canada Nickel ”) isexercising its option to acquire an 80% interest in the Mann NickelProperty from Noble in the Timmins area of northern Ontario.

The option terms included:

(i) Explorationexpenditures of $1.7 million on the Property (completed),

(ii) Cashpayment to Noble of $350,000 (made),

(iii) Annualcash payments to Noble of $100,000 (payments are current),

(iv) UnderlyingNSR rights to previous claim optionors and to Noble (to beregistered).
