Toronto, Ontario – TheNewswire - March 15, 2022 – Noble Mineral Exploration Inc. ( “Noble” or the “Company” )(TSXV:NOB ) , ( FRANKFURT:NB7 ) , ( OTC:NLPXF) is pleased to announce the results of its 2022Annual General and Special Meeting of the shareholders (the“ Meeting ”) held on March 14, 2022. At the Meeting, theshareholders:

approved as a special resolution the decrease of thenumber of directors of the Company from six (6) to five (5);

approved the election of the directors proposed bymanagement of the Company, namely: J. Birks Bovaird, Yvan Champagne,Michael Newbury, Samuel Peralta and H. Vance White;

confirmed the re-appointment of MNP LLP as theCompany’s auditor for the upcoming year;

approved the 2022 Equity Incentive Plan of theCompany;
-
approved the Shareholder Rights Plan of theCompany;
-
approved the Sale Transaction between the Company andCanada Nickel Company Inc.; and;
-
approved the Option Transaction between the Company andCanada Nickel Company Inc.
Following the Meeting, the Board of Directorsre-appointed the officers of the Company to the positions theypreviously held.
The Sale Transaction and Option Transaction havereceived conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the“TSXV”), with completion being subject to final approval of theTSXV. Noble anticipates that closing of those two transactions willoccur within a few days and will issue a news release to confirm suchclosing.
