NLPXF - Noble Closes Earn-in Transaction with Canada Nickel

Toronto, Ontario - TheNewswire – April 14, 2021 – Noble MineralExploration Inc. ( “Noble” or the“Company” ) (TSXV:NOB ) ( FRANKFURT:NB7 ) ( OTC:NLPXF) announced that it closedits previously announced earn-in transaction (the “ Transaction ”) withCanada Nickel Company Inc. (“ Canada Nickel ”) with respect to 39 mineralclaims held by Noble in MacDiarmid and Loveland Townships, Ontario.(See Noble’s news releases of February 17, 2021 and March 8, 2021for the terms of the Transaction and related information.) As aresult of this closing, Noble has been issued 200,000 common shares ofCanada Nickel, and all previously outstanding amounts due from Nobleto Canada Nickel under a promissory note issued in June of 2020 aredeemed repaid. Canada Nickel may now proceed to earn an interest inthe subject properties by satisfying the conditions under the Optionand Joint Venture Agreement.
