(the"Company" or “Noble”) (TSXV:NOB ) , ( FRANKFURT:NB7 ) , ( OTC:NLPXF) announced that it has closed the Sale Transaction and Option Transaction with Canada NickelCompany Inc. which were approved at the shareholders’ meeting heldon March 14, 2022.
