(the " Company ", "Noble" or "NOB" ) (TSXV:NOB ) ( FRANKFURT:NB7 ) ( OTC:NLPXF) announces that it has received approval from theTSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange" ) on Noble's applicationto extend the term of 5,484,091 (the "Warrants" )exercisable at $0.15 per common share. The Warrants were issued aspart of a private placement that closed on November 30, 2017 andoriginally expired on November 20, 2020. None of the Warrants werepreviously exercised. Further to the approval of the Exchange, theWarrants now expire on November 30, 2022.
