  • Nocera ( NASDAQ: NCRA ) agrees to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of a Chinese Digital Information Company, Zhe Jiang Xin Shui Hu Digital Information, Ltd.
  • The total consideration of the deal will be 1.5 million shares of Nocera common stock and 1 million shares of Nocera's Class C warrants.
  • The move allows the company to enter Douyin application, that allows users to create and share videos and merchandise to its subscribers.
  • The addition is a part of Nocera's effort to integrate vertically so that it can sell seafood to businesses and consumers at higher prices.
